On Shabbos Parashas Tetzaveh 5785, the founding Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Ohr Somayach Rav Nota Schiller zt’l was niftar. A pioneering visionary, he, together with Rav Mendel Weinbach zt’l built a Yeshiva which had an impact on thousands if not tens of thousands of Jews, and transformed the Torah world.
In this short shiur I share some lessons for life which I learned from the Rosh Yeshiva, and an idea of his, pertaining to Pesach, but which underpins his, and Ohr Somayach’s entire approach to kiruv.
