From Bikur Cholim to Bikur Cholim: Stories from a Hospital Visit

Torah learning is not purely abstract. We have an obligation to put our learning into practice; to perform mitzvas, both bein adam l'Makom and bein adam l'chaveiro.

Recently the Yeshiva left the Beis Hamedrash, and our Residence (the original Bikur Cholim hospital in the Old City) and went to visit the long-term rehabilitation ward (שיכום) in one of the local hospitals. The experience was moving and inspirational, and b’ezrsas Hashem we were able to give some light to the patients recovering there.
