Rav Nissim Tagger

Originally from New York, and with a background in law, Rabbi Tagger received his Rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Shlomo Zafrani and Rabbi Shimon Green. He was appointed Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Bircas HaTorah in the Old City of Jerusalem in 2010 and is known for his iluyishe shiurim as well as his incisive hadracha. 

To date he has published four sefarim in Hebrew  –  Sefer Bircas HaTorah on Maseches Shabbos, Maseches Gittin, Maseches Kiddushin  and Hilchos Niddah. He has also published a mussar sefer in English - based on an in-depth analysis of Sefer Bereishis and Chazal - the critically acclaimed Sefer Bircas HaTorah: Bringing Torah to Life and Life to Torah.
